A simple yet considered gastropub menu, by chef Brendan Pratt, that revolves heavily around our imported specialty rotisserie and the abundance of incredible produce in the South West. From organic eggs, grass-fed regeneratively farmed beef, line-caught seafood from the Great Southern and local marron, our menu showcases the best of the South West and its surrounds.

Thursdays are 'Pasta + Wine' night at The Pav, our rotating pasta special paired with a glass of vino for $30. Dish changes weekly.

Every Friday we have our rotating 'Fried Chicken Burger' with chippies, available all day for $20.

Sundays we offer two variations of Bloody Marys, offering up a 'Original Bloody Mary' or if you're feeling adventurous try our 'Jibba's Pretty (fn) Spicy Bloody Mary'. $12 each, only on Sundays.
